Victim of Bullying
Bullying is a real problem that unfortunately many students face. It is not to be taken lightly. Sometimes it's hard to speak up, talk to parents, or the school counselor. That is why I am here to help. I know what it's like to be bullied, and I know how to confront it. I want to help every student I can as a friend because sometimes that is all that is needed. Together, we will make you realize your unique personality and your potential, and mentally and emotionally help you get through any social challenges school has for you.
Lack of Motivation
Lack of motivation or interest can have a negative effect on school output and grades. A lot of times it's due to not understanding the true purpose of why we attend school, or perhaps there are other underlying issues. Being a successful student takes more than just attending classes and studying for tests. You have to be motivated to learn. There are many ways to increase motivation. We can look at your personal situation, and come up with ways to increase your motivation!
Educational Goals
Whether your goal is to be a straight 'A' student or get some college credit while attending high school, or how to develop better studying habits, there are always strategic ways to achieve those goals. We can spend some time going over your goals and evaluate them in regards to their importance, so we can come up with ways for you to achieve them. Success is not easy, but in the end it is worth it, and it all starts with setting strategic goals!
Choosing the Right Program
Not everyone knows exactly which Bachelor's or Master's program to choose, or which University or college to attend. With so many options available to us, it takes a lot of careful thinking and consideration before we choose what we want to be when we grow up. Sometimes it can feel like you will never find the answer to that question, but with careful consideration, and discussing what is most important to you, we can come up with the right program and the right University for you!
